Why Do I Hurt? A Guide to Identifying Managing and Healing Female Pelvic Pain edition by Hillary Blumberg Health Fitness Dieting eBooks
I was glad to find that the book not only goes into detail while discussing pelvic pain diagnoses, but it also offers plenty of advice regarding self-treatment that I personally found to be very helpful and just what I have been looking for. As well as this, the writing style makes the book really easy to read and understand – far from that textbook, chore-like feel I often come across.I do think the book could be a bit longer and maybe some parts elaborated on more, as I genuinely did find the majority of the read to be insightful, but having said that I still am left satisfied with the read.

Why Do I Hurt? A Guide to Identifying Managing and Healing Female Pelvic Pain edition by Hillary Blumberg Health Fitness Dieting eBooks Reviews
Great book for those starting down the road to solving their pelvic pain. The book is clear and concise, offering lots of different options to explore. I am very grateful to have found this resource.
Excellent in content, clearly written, and perfectly editing.
Pelvic pain can be maddening, and can interfere drastically with day-to-day (hour-to-hour!) existence. It can take a very long time to find what kind of treatment or help you need, particularly if you don't know what the cause is, what your options are for healing, or if you delay seeking help. This book is a wonderful guide to finding your path to healing.
This is a short book, about 51 pages, but it is packed tight with information from a physical therapist who clearly has had a great deal of experience with the many issues that come under the umbrella term, "pelvic pain." The author gives an excellent overview of the various problems, symptoms, reasons why these difficulties occur, and how to deal with them. Sometimes self-help is all we need, but if not enough, then there are varying degrees of professional help we can seek. The hard part for many of us is finding what treatment we need for our specific problem.
I highly recommend this book as something to read early on. You will learn you are not alone, it will help you understand the issues, and it will help you know where to begin.
I love that this was such a quick read! I would love to see the author offer this in printed format.
